Collection of General Information When Visiting Our Website
When you use our website purely for informational purposes and do not register or otherwise transmit information, we collect the following data: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, content of the request, access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referring website, browser type, operating system, interface, language, and browser version.

Contact and CRM (“Help Scout”)
When contacting us (e.g., via form, email, or phone), your information is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We use the CRM service Help Scout Inc., 131 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02111, USA, to process requests more efficiently. We have signed a data processing agreement with Help Scout. Help Scout complies with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers. We have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with Helpscout.
Use of AI Features in Help Scout: Help Scout offers an optional AI-based feature for generating automated response suggestions. This feature is not active by default and is only used when we explicitly trigger it in individual cases. In such cases, the content of support inquiries (including personal data) may be temporarily processed to assist us in responding more efficiently.
All processing is carried out exclusively within the scope of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded with Help Scout pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and in accordance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Some audio files are delivered via Amazon Web Services (AWS). For technical reasons, IP addresses may be processed during delivery. Delivery is primarily handled via servers in the EU, where technically possible. Newsletter and Email Communication via Drip
If you provide your email address on this website—either as part of a product purchase or by giving explicit consent—we may use it to send you newsletters. These emails contain only direct marketing for our own, similar products or services and general customer communication.

No profiling takes place within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Use of data: Your email address is used solely for sending newsletters. It is deleted once it is no longer required—typically when you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included in every newsletter email. This only affects marketing messages, not direct support communication (e.g., regarding customer inquiries).
Tracking via pixel: Our newsletters contain so-called tracking pixels that allow us to determine whether and when an email was opened and which links were clicked. This helps us improve and personalize content. Tracking only occurs if you have explicitly consented via our cookie banner. Revoking your newsletter consent also revokes consent to tracking.

When you enter your email address into one of our forms, it is temporarily stored in a “queue” system on OptimizePress servers before being forwarded to our designated email marketing provider. This ensures reliable delivery and prevents data loss in case the external service is temporarily unavailable.
After successful transfer, the queued data is deleted from OptimizePress servers. OptimizePress does not access or process your data beyond this technical transfer process.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with OptimizePress. Data is used exclusively for newsletter dispatch purposes.
